Destiny of Two Stars

This painting was inspired by the idea of soul mates entering the physical world making a pack to meet up some time in their lives, 5 years later, 20 years later, 30 years later, whenever it was destined. They would not know when it was to happen. They land in different places and they don't remember their pack once on earth. This is about how destiny can bring two beings back together - the recognition. The intertwining trees are about the reunion and the passion, the fruit and flowers, about life's experiences before and after. The moon represents the soul, ancient memories and dreams that work its magic to remember the ancient past. The pink doves represent the first meeting of the two souls. The eotic water heron watches with curiosity to see what will unfold.
